Johnson School Extended Day Program Welcome to the Johnson School Extended Day Program. The Johnson School Extended Day Program is a school based program committed to providing affordable, reliable daycare and educational experiences for children. The Extended Day Program offers two options: extended day for the preschool (ages 3-5) and extended day for the elementary school (grades K-6). The hours of operation are as follows: 2:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The program offers a variety of daily activities, including indoor and outdoor activities, group games, crafts, and more. Additionally, the program offers homework assistance with teacher guidance. Please fill out the information below if you are interested in having your child / children participate in the Johnson School Extended Day Program for the 2011-2012 academic year. This information will assist us in formulating expense budgets and revenue projections for the upcoming school year. Additionally, it will allow us to formulate the rate structure. Please note that you are not obligated to attend by filling out the attached pre-registration form. Please return the completed form to the office.
